Sail Date: Jun 2015
Cabin: Junior Suite

This was our 4th Royal Caribbean cruise and we were a little reluctant about sailing on Navigator since our last cruise was on Allure, a much bigger ship. However, we were NOT disappointed. The Junior Suite was spacious and boasted a huge closet, nice bath tub, and is well worth the additional cost. Cabin stewards were very attentive and the room has a coffee pot so that you don't have to send for room service every day if you like having coffee on the balcony.

Make sure to dine in the dining room. The service was superb, and the food was absolutely amazing. We have always found dining room food to be good, but nothing to brag about. However, that is not the case on Navigator. The prime rib, salmon, lobster, and lamb were all quite tasty, and everyone in our group of 14 was extremely pleased with their dinner selection each evening. Try the appetizer shrimp cocktail, which is available every evening.

The entertainment on our cruise was three different comedians, and all were quite entertaining, but don't miss the ice skating show - it was truly amazing! The only negative about this cruise was waiting for the ice show tickets. The daily planner stated that they would be handed out the first day at 3:00. Many guests began lining up at 2:00. Unfortunately, cruise staff waited until 3:00 to make the announcement that the tickets had been "misprinted" and would not be handed out that day. Those guests who had waited more than an hour were understandably upset.
