28th cruise but first on NCL and we were excited to try out Norwegian. I waited a few weeks so I did not snap off an opinion but here goes:
Their countdown emails etc. were a great touch and the registration process was well handled.
Boarding went very smoothly and quickly but I noticed that the staff was not happy in their work and it showed when they interacted with everyone. Something that unhappily was more common with notable exceptions, Spa crew, cabin steward, buffet staff to name them, but more with blah to downright grumpy attitudes then I would rather report.

Aft-Facing Balcony Stateroom
Adequate space and design. Bathroom was fine and the shower was larger than most though there was no water pressure and the sprayer had only one setting. Toilet flush was on way to breaking so you had to bang on it.
