This was our 24th cruise. Sailed some time ago on Celebrity and was very pleased. rationale for booking this cruise.
BOOKING ONCE PURCHASED: on line web site a nightmare. Each time info submitted 20 minute wait to enter next info. Even staff were frustrated. Almost canceled because of this.Clearly, should have.
EMBARKATION: Agents new. required assistance repeatedly. One agent started that day
