Cabin: Concierge Class 2

This was my 14th cruise and my worst. Embarkation was accomplished from a tent that was dirty and uncoordinated in that pushy people went around others to check in. While the cabin was OK (veranda) the room steward was terrible and did not even show up two days during the cruise. For the evening meals we ate in the MDR. The food was unexceptional while Ramon the waiter was excellent. The Buffet for breakfast and lunch was very poorly coordinated. It was like a crazy nut designed the food flow and the staff was wondering how it was all going to work. Can you believe one morning there was no coffee because the machines weren't working! The coffee was terrible anyway, it was Itailian. Disembarkation at the ports was handled well while embarkation was poor. We sometimes had to go thru two x-ray machines to get on board ship and the attitude of the employees was very non-chalant as if they were hearding cattle. My second Celebrity cruise and my very last. Carnival, Holland America and Princess mad me realize that Celebrity just does not know how to do it right. The entertainment on board was almost childish and not worthy of mention.

Cabin Review

Concierge Class 2

Cabin C2

The cabin was acceptable but it was very limited in storage space. The steward was the worst I have ever had.
