We were looking forward to our cruise from Honolulu to Sydney via Tahiti, Moorea, Bora Bora, Suva and Isl of Pines.

The ship really, basically too old!

Our window cabin number 3064. Incredibly noisy! My wife complained each night for 5 nights at Round 2am. Told , sorry, nothing we can do. Even ear plugs weren't enough! Finally they moved us to cabin 6506, balcony. Nice we thought! NOT! Only to find it had a rattle in the sliding door that the people in it before us couldn't stand so were moved to another cabin. Ear plugs the rest of the trip just did the job. Maintenance man couldn't fix it! Minimal storage in these balcony cabins. No water pressure in the sink and toilet. They said that's normal. After 20 odd cruises I think not.

Honolulu

Honolulu was nice. Moorea very good, Papeete was very good and worth looking at. Bora Bora beautiful . Mapitu beach is a short bus ride of $5 and about 10 mins. Has public toilets however for reportedly the best beach in the world the toilets ere unusable! Filthy. Great beach though!

Moorea

Very pretty place. Did a tour around by local pier based company. About $40 Us . Not the best weather that day so missed the water based tours.would recommend it though. Clear water. Very nice spot.
