This was my second cruise with NCL. Traveling with my mom and two teen nieces. I found embarkation and disembarkation very easy and quick. The ship is very clean and is constantly being cleaned as you sail. Our room steward Jonathan was very nice and respectful of our requests. The shopping director Juan was very helpful and we saw him several times around the ship. The cruise director Tyler was amazing! Super friendly and super fun. We were not able to get balcony cabins as we booked to late but the Ocean view room was nice and plenty of room for 2. My only complaint was the food. It was plentiful but not wonderful. Very bland and very few choices in the dining room. We had one vegetarian and one who only eats fish. If you do not like cauliflower, then you are out of luck. Fish choices very limited. The last time I sailed with NCL I raved about the food so this was a disappointment, but no one went hungry. To much fun to let the food dampen our spirits. Overall a great trip and will go again, just less expectations on the food this time.
