This is an engineering marvel. The ship, brand new or four months old, is really a fabulous construction. The food was more than adequate for a cruise of which this was our 6th. Cleanliness, timeliness, organization and staff training are all superb. Mind you, not being able to use the balconies three out of seven days was absurd as they were 'washing' them. Really. Taking the all inclusive drinks package is the only way as the 15% add-on is hardly fair with drinks at 7 euros 95. Do be careful should you be on the second deck (out of 14) because you bought ''Flash'' price. The night noise as in 3AM with the kitchens and dish washing above you is really beyond belief for a new vessel. When re-approaching the sales people, forget a response. The lack of fresh water is not acceptable. Wine is marginal, too. Unfortunately the tourists constantly getting on/off at each port allows for suitcases blocking the corridors each night. Plus loud passengers in the hallways all night..., but that is not the company's responsibility. While the chef did his best, he did it seven times, without changing. Even the fixed nightly meal never changed, all six courses. The breakfast and lunch were NEVER changed. Too bad that so many things are great but are ruined by a few administrative decisions by the powers that be who obviously have never cruised with real people, and I have to expose this to you. I could not live with myself if I did not... although housekeeping is absolutely the best in the world.

Cabin Review

Cabin Balcony but don't believe that

Room was fine, cabin boy (man) was exceptional. The idea that we were sold a balcony but got something with a deck but could not use 3/7 of the time - for washing- was a rip-off, on deck 2. ALL night Noise from deck 3 indicates that corners were cut drastically in design which allows for other questions.... absolutely no sleep from the trolleys, banging of dishes, dishwashers, etc. from this service galley. Unbelievable for such a boat. Its size allows for NO movement from the sea, excellent. The actual room was a palace.
