i-pad check-in? Waited 2 hours at the terminal in Barcelona. Water offered may be nice! More broadband than all cruise ship added together? Internet barely works. Satellite TV? Can't get any basic news for 5 out of 16 days. Staff- They are all very good. Tries hard and sincere. That includes all dining rooms, pool bars, activities etc... Guest service area- VERY POOR. Minimal line ups of half an hour or more any time of the day for the whole journey of 17 days with the exception between 1:00 a.m.-5:00 a.m.. Expect 4 representatives to serve 4500 guests? Caused frustration for everyone. It took me 3 days 6 tries to get a photo copy of the passport for my wife. Not to mention the time spent on line ups. Room-Excellent. Spacious and well designed. Attendant was excellent. Dynamic dining- Personally, I like it. I works for a longer cruise. Never have any issue. Offers a different setting and atmosphere if one chooses. However, I can imagine the bottle neck effect and frustration on a short cruise like 6 nights. Food- Quality of beef was consistently excellent anywhere we went. At the same time fish was of very inferior quality everywhere we've been to. The saucier on board makes inferior standard soups, generally with chicken or beef base with hardly anything in it. Crab cake at American Icon use surimi ( crab flavored fish product ) but no crab. Should just call it crab flavored cake. However, it was very generous to offer quality east coast lobster tail everyday in Grande and Divinely decadent. Good as appetizer but not for main course. Jamie's Italian was not worth what they charge either lunch or dinner. Entertainment- All excellent. At the ports of call- No representative to be seen to give information and direction. No information sheet available neither but one. All in all, it was an enjoyable trip. All comments meant to be for FYI & benefit to both RC and CC members.

RC painted the picture too nice and leads to disappointment!
