Just came home from our cruise, our 2nd, but first for the daughter. We've had a good experience overall with wait staff, housekeeping etc. This ship is old, and needs updating. Only one pool and is small. rooms are smaller than we had on freedom (both oceanview ) and freedom is not that much larger a ship. The lines for breakfast buffet are ridiculous ! Dining room was ok, and had a competent wait staff but some menu items were just okay.
Carnival advertises the serenity area for adults only, did not find it till the last day because you entered it thru the back of a theater ! We picked this cruise by Date only...next time will pay more attn to Ships
Kids should not be allowed to monopolize the jacuzzis either! Another reason a 2nd pool is needed

Liked POM Facility, very easy to maneuver and definitely do the airport check in.....
speeds the process although the bus fees to and from ship/airport are a bit expensive!
