We started by going to Seattle 3 days early, glad we did, there is plenty to do, from Pykes Market Place to the space needle, to just going down the pier and experiencing some great seafood at the many restaurants.
And now for the cruise. We are now spoiled, we splurged for the Penthouse Suite for our 25th Anniversary, there is NO way we can go back to a regular stateroom on any other cruises. The perks are just AWESOME, from the embarking check-in all the way to dis-embarking. NCL has got their act together on that, from your own butler, to your own concierge, just AWESOME!!!!
With the Penthouse suite, we got the Ultimate Dining Package, the Ultimate Drink Package, & we got $300 free on board spending included. We ate at Cagney's & Le Bristo for dinner, both FANTASTIC. We also ate breakfast and lunch at Cagney's, which is reserved for suite guest at that time of day only. Felt like we had the whole ship to ourselves, at max, we had 10 people in there at one time, and the food was DELICIOUS. completely different menu from the buffet and free restaurants, and the service was GREAT, but we had great service at every place we ate on the boat.

Loved the Balcony view from the back, we never missed anything from being on the wrong side of the ship, smaller than we expected thou. Got daily treats from the butler. Room was extra big w/ a bigger TV than the other rooms, huge closet you could get in from 2 sides, and the pillows, yip, I said pillows, we already ordered 4 as soon as we got back, they were FABULOUS.
You won't be disappointed in the Penthouse Suite.
