just came off the 26 day cruise from ft lauderdale to sth hampton & british isles , firstly nice ship , but no stairs in centre of ship elevators always full , the worst problem for a supposed 5 star floating hotel was the rough as sandpaper bath towels & pool towels , for a ship that is only 2 years old that was terrible , they were paper thin ,did notify the captains circle girl who said her towels were ok & the hotel manager who promised to look into it but never did still had rough towels for the rest of the cruise , apart from that the food was great , the crew exceptional as always , entertainment not up to scratch , only 3 production shows new ones which were great , all activities were on deck 19 & due to the weather it was always cancelled , we had a mini suite first time was expecting a bit more also we are elite , but all amenities are the same whether you have a balcony or mini suite , you just get 2 televisions & a bath , will go back to inside in future , final winge , people in motorised carts , a lot of them can walk just as good as i can , they are very pushy , will even run over you if you don't get out of the road , most need a course in decorum & patience , piazza area is a nice place for a coffee but to much going on , dancing , dancing & more dancing , can never get a seat with people booking the seats so they can dance , apart from that great cruise .

not what we expected from a mini suite . was expecting something a bit more up market considering the extra cost involved .
