We had a medical emergency on board the first night and ended up having to turn around and go back to Boston Port (which is fine) but the Captain NEVER told us until 2pm the next day when rumors were going around the ship that we had turned around. we were in Boston at 4am to take an 82 yr old women and the family of 8 off the ship and then at 7am the boat took off to Bermuda, we were going to be in Bermuda Sunday at 11am instead we arrived at 9pm!!!! The crew said to us sorry for the inconvenience and cooperation and enjoy your stay, see you wednesday back on the boat by 5am bc we leave at 6am!! They didn't care about the safety of children at night and all they could say to us after 3 days on a boat was "we didn't force you off the boat" My 5 yr old niece made lots of friends and swam in the kids pool and hot tub, loved the Splash Academy and we enjoyed the beach and the whole entire island and ALL the SUN!!!!!!!!! The service desk people were horrible and seemed like they practiced their lines, food was good except at the blue Lagoon my sister in law found 2 hairs in her food and they never came back to our table after we got served. I was incredibly sea sick but still enjoyed my time. Besides being on the boat, Bermuda was amazing!!!!!
