For my first cruise it was good. My room was made up when asked and even when not. The staff was helpful and friendly. the rock climbing wall wasn't open the entire trip but that was fine. I loved that each floor landing had a gem to read about, a fun fact, the emerald is my birth stone so it was also great to see that up there. I loved the barbecues they gave, that food was delicious. The buffet food was always good because you had options but if you had to sit down at one of the restaurants and order it took at least 45 mins to get your food back even if it wasn't busy. The unlimited fruit was amazing. Disembarkation was a hassle i stood on a line from the front of the ship to the back to get off but it was my first cruise so maybe thats how things are done. Overall I enjoyed this ship.

Cabin IX

My cabin was clean when i arrived and they changed my towels every day. No one messed with my face products when the cleaned and everything was in place. I never got any towel animals. I received ice when requested and after requesting ice twice the ice tray would be full once i returned to my room which was great.

Port Reviews

New York (Manhattan)

I was running late because we got stuck in traffic on the way to the cruise but they rushed in and got us on the boat with no issues. Once we were on the boat we left the port and we were able to attend the cookout.

Port Canaveral (Orlando)

I arrived it was no issues getting off the boat or getting back on the boat. i have family in florida so they were able to find us and pick us up and drop us off no problem.
