Over all this cruise was great! We went over Spring Break with our 3 kids, my parents and my sister and her boyfriend. Embarkation was a breeze! Very simple and surprisingly fast! All of the areas on board were pretty decent. The buffet was always good. We did My Time Dining because when we booked the 6:00 times were all sold out, but we called on the first night to make a reservation and they gave us a 5:30 slot every night so we never had to make another reservation. He had the same table and wait staff as well, which was awesome! The only complaint I had about this cruise was the kids waterslide. It was only open on sea days from 10-2. Huh?? Why? It was not open on the day of embarkation or port days. Very strange! The kids area was good, 2 of my boys (5 &7) always wanted to go. My 9 year old never went but he found some friends to hang out with so he was happy. We ported in Key West and Cozumel. We booked our own excursions and saved tons of money doing so. In Key West we bought trolley tickets online and saved about $30 between the 9 of us and in Cozumel we went to a waterpark/beach resort and saved $200 between the 9 of us. Over all, we enjoyed this ship. We usually do Carnival and I was pleasantly surprised with Royal. Would I do Royal again? Probably not. For the money and what we got, I feel like it wasn't worth how much more we paid to do Royal.

Cabin Review

Interior Stateroom

Cabin K

The cabin was great! We never had any problems with it. Our room steward was very attentive and friendly. It was close to elevators. We never heard any noise from the hallway or above us.

Port Reviews

Tampa

We started here but did not take a tour. It is super easy to get to this port and parking is a breeze! The parking garage is directly across from the ships.
