Cabin: Mini-Suite with Balcony

Embarkation was dis-organized and a disaster. Loooong lines with a few men literally barking orders to move over and go to the end of the line (not to us but to many others). Well there was no signs to tell people where they where the line was. We have been on 28 cruises and never seen anything like this.

We had a mini-suite and the cabin was very basic but fine. Balcony small.

Had 2 tv's and 2 remotes but very confusing. If you tried to turn one on the other went off and if you watched one in bed and tried to turn it off the other one came on so you had to get up and try to turn it off. Bad system
