There were 6 of us(3 couples) who have cruised on the Explorer of the Seas together in the past. My husband and I are seasoned cruisers(56). We hired a driver who took us to Port Liberty,NJ. to sail on the Liberty. We arrived at 10:30am.The check in process was seamless and we were having lunch in the Windjammer at 11:30am. Our rooms were ready at 1pm on the dot. The entire ship was beautiful and almost always spotless. We did notice at dinner there were crumbs at the same place for 3 nights in a row but not other issues found. Our table waiters Ernesto and Sebatian were excellent and very attentive as was our cabin steward(name escapes me). We did take an excursion in Bermuda and had a wonderful time. It was very much worth the money as we took a boat along the coastline and were given an excellent commentary on Bermuda and it's history, saw many beautiful homes and visited an aquarium. We had a great time. Our meals were varied from the Windjammer,MDR,Sorrentos. We did not spend the extra for the finer dining as we were very much satisfied with the food that we had. All of the shows were excellent as we went to all of them! Disembarkation was slow as there seemed to be a long wait after out time for disembarkation passed. Once off, all went smoothly. We definitely desire to do this cruise again but perhaps visit different islands.

Promenade Stateroom

Tight but plenty of storage room. Shower was wonderful. Heard no noise from the promenade.
