nickel and dimed till I was sick....18 % should be enough gratuity..it wasn't ...If we didn't extra tip the service was terrible at the bars....only found one bar where the staff was pleasant and actually acted like they wanted you to be there. Mary Grace and Joseph were wonderful at the out of the way 16th floor bar....At one other bar 3 bartenders walked right by us over 40 times in 18 minutes before one finally took our drink order. Another time I finally walked to another bar after being ignored for 20 minutes.

Food was good but not exceptional..The good food was extra at " specialty " restaurants.

Again, all inclusive...NOT.....

Port Reviews

Miami

only stayed 1 night, not much to talk about. Went to South Beach...Crazy place. Would not feel safe there at night or alone....Very easy to spot the locals.....seemed pretty "low life"....

Tortola

Went on our own...much more relaxed pace , enjoyed the snorkeling and the shopping...a little limited on the shopping however..Jewelry and booze then, more jewelry and booze...prices too high on everything else...maybe that should be expected...

Nassau

Spent the afternoon at Sandals resort . Pretty expensive ,but very nice...treated well by all the staff....never felt the need to extra tip. We did, but only after receiving great service...unlike on the ship where the service was only good AFTER tipping the staff ( especially at the bar by the pool, staff was downright rude)
