After reading several very mixed reviews we decided to book MSC Musica as it was the only cruise visiting both Santorini and Kotor. Our balcony cabin was clean and spacious with a large comfortable bed. The pillows, however, were in desperate need of replacement and, had we actually seen our cabin steward, we would have asked for them to be changed. There was none of the usual friendly greeting from the cabin steward who, on all other cruises we have been on, has been there to welcome you and show you where everything is in the cabin and explain room service, laundry service etc.

Check in was very well organised as was leaving and returning to the ship every day. The destinations were very good and the shore excursions we took were equally enjoyable.

The entertainment was dreadful. Everything was introduced in several languages and, whilst the dancers themselves were talented, every night was the same just to different music.
