Embarkation was fast and easy for us, because we are platinum and have priority. We arrived at around 12:30pm and the regular lines were very long and the terminal was very warm.

Our cabin 7223 is one to avoid at all costs!!!! We had a loud banging noise present throughout the entire cruise. Many trips and phone calls to guest services did not provide us with a resolution or an explanation to what was causing the noise. The guest services individuals treated us like we were making the whole thing up and were very rude. Our steward was fantastic and did what he could to keep our room tidy.

Our dining experience was lack luster. We had early seating and our wait staff was very slow. There were many nights where we felt ignored compared to others around us that were tipping cash to get better service each night. The food was warm at best and often cold at dinner time. Breakfast did not have any real variety from day to day, venue to venue. The best meal was the sea day brunch.

Cabin 4F

Very loud cabin! Lots of strange and unexplained noises. We looked and you are above an electrical room and service area. Would never pick this location again. If you like sleeping this is not the cabin for you.
