4 in our party. Me, age 58, wife, age 56, son age 21, Mother in law, age 82. We drove ourselves from Rockland county and parked in the lot, next door. The parking fee is far too expensive. The price increased from $230 to $280 in 6 months.

We boarded within a reasonable amount of time and we received our luggage within a few hours. The food in the buffet on the 15th floor, was very tasty with plenty of variety. My only complaint is that it contained too much salt. I gained 9 pounds during the cruise, which 7 pounds came off the day after the cruise. Another pound came off the day after that. This can only be attributable to salt.

Our room steward, Wesley was very attentive and helpful and was able to direct us to whatever we needed, as well as made our stay really comfortable.

Cabin Review

Oceanview Stateroom with Large Picture Window

Cabin OA

The cabin had us worried before we arrived. We have cruised 7 times, and never took a cabin in the front of the ship, due to a worry about "feeling the ocean". Our worries were unfounded. We found the cabin to be a bit nicer than midship due to the seating area, by the window. The cabin was maintained by Wesley, very nicely.

Port Reviews

New York (Manhattan)

Our only complaint about the NY Port, was regarding the cost of parking by the ship, for the week. $280 is too much. Driving to the port was easy enough, since we are NY'ers. I work in NY.
