Very confused with all the negative comments. This was our first cruise and we had no complaints. Embarkation was smooth even though we arrived early. Cabin was very clean and functional. Staff were always polite and helpful. Food was delicious and plentiful. Waiters were very good. The ship was full to capacity (bank holiday with children) and was not crowded at all. We were on Freedom dining and dined at 6 pm every night got the same table for two. Poolside was a little busy but we found the Serenity pool (for adults) was very quiet if you wanted peace. You didn't need to look far for food it was all around every corner. Yes the theatre was very busy having to go 30 mins early for a seat. But wasn't a problem for us. A full ship and the comments about lifts not working and had to wait ages for them!!! We had no broken lifts or even had to wait for lifts. For us we had no problem with them. As for cleanliness we were always asked to wash hands before eating at all meal times. Good for not spreading germs. Disembarking day went without a hitch and getting to our car was not chaotic. It ran very smooth indeed. I am now looking at another cruise later in the year. Cannot wait for the next cruise. Maybe I will have something to moan about on the next cruise, but I am sure I won't.
