A prayer for those brave firemen
Our last stop in Manhattan

We were accustomed to Celebrity on several recent cruises but remembered nice ones that had been taken with other 4 RCCL ships.

This time because of convenient dates we decided to take this cruise and were not happy we had done so.It started at embarkation in San Diego when our passports were kept by the attendant at check-in with the information that they would be returned aboard. Little did we know at that time that they were being confiscated to be returned only at the very last night of our cruise. We did not receive any plausible justification for that action and were always greeted with certain discomfort at guest relation desk with "legal reasons" excuses.

Being deprived of our documents ( the only legal documents to be used on international travelling) generated unnecessary stress during the entire journey as we felt insecure to disembark in foreign ports of call without the necessary identification.
