Just arrived home from a 10 day trip on the QM2. From the Embarkation process to the amenities on board, the line is outdated and behind the times. The entire cruise line is geared towards senior citizens There were more walkers, motorized devices and wheelchairs than one would expect. The shore excursions clearly stated not to register if you had mobility problems however, there were so many on the ship with these problems that it prevented a easy process for these events to take place.
The casino is outdated, and clearly not ready to come into this century. There is no ATM on board.
