This was our first cruise, but I hope not our last! While we struggled with getting on and off the ship due to mobility issues, the staff did all they could to keep us safe and help where possible. One suggestion I would make is if all the excursions or most are at the end of the dock or out in near by parking lots, why not have a few golf type carts available to make the transfer easier. Wouldn't cost much and the ground excursions might even be able to provide them. It worked great in Sitka!

We enjoyed the staff on board a great deal, our room steward couldn't do enough for us and of course we showed our appreciation, that was well deserved. The buffet staff couldn't help us enough and made things easier. Our great thanks!

The entertainment was good and enjoyed, but it would be nice if it was just entertainment and not geared to selling something as some were.

Well taken care of here. Our steward was amazing. Just that tiny shower!!!

Port Reviews

Sitka

Nice little town, lots of walking. The information provided by bus drivers was interesting even though we were not on an excursion, just a ride into town

Icy Strait

It was recommended that we not go into town as it was quite rough and we walk with aids. The scenery was pretty and we found things to do like watch a movie on the ship.

Vancouver

As I am a Canadian, I have been to Vancouver many times and I love that city. It's a little expensive but it makes up for it with it's view and amenities. I would recommend it any time you are in the area. Go to Granville Island and Stanley Park. Gas Town can also be very interesting.
