This review is for the Amazing Crew of the Norwegian Jade! I've been cruising for 25 years & have never witnessed the kind of service that a friend & I received from this wonderful staff on the NCL Jade Ship! First, Captain Stephan was remarkable! He is such a humble & endearing person! His messages each morning helped every passenger smile & feel so welcome! Jovo, the Hotel Director was also absolutely accommodating! And our concierge, Bruno was amazing! Impeccable service for the whole 14 days! His representation for the ship was above & beyond!! We so much enjoyed the Showdown & Shout shows! We were overwhelmed with the beauty of the Ports! The food was super delicious! Our cabin attendant, Ms. Carol, was also the most attentive room steward ever! The NCL shuttle from the airport to the ship was very efficient & comfortable! Alexander, from Cancun, was so very sweet & helpful! I'm really looking forward to sailing on this ship again!!! Mid-Ship Inside
This cabin was wonderfully quiet & clean! I can't say enough about the cabin steward, Ms. Carol! She was amazing & so very attentive! She took perfect care of us!! The Best Ever! The natural wood was so warm, inviting & the acoustics were super!

Venice
I would suggest a tour, as the city is too big to just walk & find certain interests. I was disappointed on San Marco Square as just to sit & have a drink it was very, very expensive. We sat on the cement steps......
Corfu
I walked with a passenger that had been there previously & we went to the top of the castle & it was an amazing city!!! I loved the shops & tourist cafes!
Santorini
Took the cable car up & wished I'd taken it back down as the walkway down was very difficult ~slippery with donkey feces & cobblestones...the view from the city was amazingly beautiful!!! I found a wonderful cafe on the side of the mountain & it was breathtaking!
Mykonos
An amazing walk around the city! The people were so endearing & helpful! The windmills were beautiful to see & the restaurant right on the bay was wonderful! the coffees were always delicious!
