My husband and I have cruised approximately 25 times, once before with Celebrity. Overall the cruise was good, but a few issues really put a damper on the whole experience.
1. When we landed in Amsterdam we decided to purchase the transfer to the ship rather than hiring a taxi cab. We were told once we got to the ships terminal our cabin keys would be waiting for us at the Welcome Desk so we wouldn't have to go thru the check in process, however, there were no keys waiting and it took close to 30 minutes for us to get our keys.
2. My husband is a big fan of IPA beer, which isn't included in the standard beverage package, so he upgraded to a premium package once he determined that the Wine Cellar carried a beer he liked. Imagine our disappointment on the 6th day of the cruise to be told they were "out of that beer!" He never did find a suitable replacement during the last 7 days.

Loved this city! Walked into town from the ship, passing the Little Mermaid along the way. Saw the changing of the guard, drank beer at a café along a cannel, ate some wonderful pastries, and enjoyed walking this scenic, clean and interesting city!
