Sail Date: May 2015

This my own personal view of this cruise ship having cruised mainly with P&O but also with Princess, Fred Olsen, Celebrity and M.S.C over the past 20 years. We decided on this ship specifically to see the Fjords and to celebrate my Birthday, what a waste of time. Check in at Southampton was efficient and we were on board within 45 minutes of arriving. First impression was very good with a beautiful atrium and warm but not overpowering colour scheme, however over time it did become a bit boring.

The good Points were :

1 Theatre company and on board and artists were of a high standard, with generally good other entertainers. Sindhu restaurant was excellent, with high quality food and service.

Cabin Review

Cabin Inside

The cabin was of a reasonable size with good hanging and draw space. Very comfortable bed and a good duvet. Nice but bland colour scheme. The cabin seemed very warm even though we turned down the air conditioning almost to 0. Flat screen T.V with a good selection of films and programs, but not an interactive T.V as on other ships

A good size safe.

Bathroom very small with a good shower, but you did have some difficulty drying yourself after leaving the shower and it was easier to come into the main cabin to do this.
