Junior Suite with Balcony, we were NOT Port side, but nice views and more private We traveled with OLDER children who had their own room 22 yrs old, and 25 yrs old

ASHA is owner, she personally picked our group in a CLEAN modern AC van, with Beer, and water cooler packed. Showed us great waterfalls, and hike trail. Sh also made sure we did not stop when the LARGE 50 plus tor buses were at certain stops so it was not crowded. Asha , is a very a knowledgeable and personable guide and OWNER. SO GLAD we booked this tour on Saturday morning on day of embarkation. So glad I booked this separate from cruise ship. Was a bit more than RCCL, BUT you get what you pay for.... Natural Wonders Tour is Excellent

Mehgans Bay Closed due to Bacteria elevated. Went to a beach , SORRY don't remember name of beach Beautiful!, a local took me to liquor store bought beer an ice for our group of 17 HAD a blast saved BIG money vs RCCL, and had our beer included

Took us to Frigates Bay, stopped at beach just before Raggae Beach Shack a short 100 yard stroll to the Reggae Beach Shack .    clean water, beautiful day. Great stop, my son and Girlfriend went on Zip Line with RCCL, they said it was GREAT and had a lot of fun

Son and GF went said it was GREAT and had fun. In PR there is a ZIP LINE about 45 minutes from San Juan called THE BEAST. Our Rain Forest tour guide said it is te only zipline where you lay out , like you are flying. and it is HIGH and LONG, worth the car ride

Pelican Pier at Palm Beach GREAT Lunch, Great Drinks in shade what vacation should be all about..... You can also rent Je Ski's, etc at Palm Beach, Lots of choices to stop in for cold drinks, BUT park your car, walk in through any hotel to get to the beach side. Don't visit a Fridays, SR Frogs etc on the STRIP, eat at a local place on the BEACH, you will love the view

Rented a Jeep went to three beaches all areas are different
1) ARASHI best snorkeling on entire cruise. Bring your own gear and drinks, only thing here is a beautiful beach and Palypas  no chairs,bring bread from ship to feed fish and you will see HUNDREDS
2) Palm Beach very commercialized, but a good place to grab lunch went to Pelican Pier great food, didn't stay , felt like I was in FL'

3) Eagle Beach just 8 minutes from Palm Beach back toward cruise ship. Laid on beach, swam here... spent two hrs, not as crowded, ENJOY the sand an water here.

Good stop, Italian restaurant has a view of the island cost and you can walk in without eating to catch the view , BEAUTIFUL, also grabbed some souvenir's from a local vendor YUM YUMS , a painted up school bus selling fresh split cold coconuts

Met us in a Parking Lot behind cruise ship, kinda hard to find so when you book get specific instruction where the jeeps will be. You meet them in a public lot just off pier. Other car rental agency meeting car renters here. Just ask the many taxi cab drivers where Royal car rental is, they directed us. I read on Trip Advisor where someone said Royal did not meet them....Probably didn't ask someone like we did. Otherwise you would think they didn't show, because its in that hidden lot. You agree what time you will bring jeeps back and they are there. If you finish early, you can call them and they will arrange to meet you.We rented two jeeps, 8 people, 4 people went back early to go Sunset Cruise, I turned in both Jeeps at 5 pm, Very Friendly. IF YOU ARE NOT planning on going to the eastern side of Island to the Alta Vista Chapel, Rock Formations and plan on going to Beaches on West Coast only, save some money, rent a car.Dont need a Jeep.BUT if you go to the east side get a jeep the roads are tough on tires

Arashi Beach BEST Snorkeling in Aruba, Go on AMAZON , you can get a pair of US DIVER Travel Fins, Mask and Snorkel for $35. The travel fins are not long, but give you enough power to kick, and swim. But honestly to snorkel in ARUBA all you need is a mask and GOOD SNORKEL. Buy the snorkel that stops water from flowing in when you go under water. Plus, you can use at any island stop you make.PLUS PLUS , you can use on your next cruise :). DONT BOOK with the cruise line, their excursion took you on a boat and anchored off Arashi Beach, where we were.LOL...Those people paid $56 each. The cost of the jeep allowed us to see multiple sites in ARUBA, and see , in my opinion the top 3 beaches and areas, for less than the Cruise line tours. Only because we had 4 people in the jeep. The more people in the jeep rental the less per person.Again if only going to Beaches just rent a car save some money don't take a SHIP EXCURSION, its only a 10 minute drive to the beaches, 3 turns.......

4 People in our group did this tour with the RCCL, they said it was beautiful. They took pictures and I have to say, the Catamaran they were on pulls up in front of the Adventure of The Seas and they grabbed Beautiful pics of them with the entire ship in back ground.They said cruise was very clean and worth the price

Curacao Taxi and Tours with Rossanna took us to Playa PORTO MARIE all I can say is WOW!!!! BEAUTIFUL, not crowded, per my review above. Go on Trip Advisor get there email , taxiaida@hotmail.com.
Rossanna was our tour guide and set up the bus ride and recommended Porto Marie.The Cruise Ship does not offer this as a beach tour. DO NOT GO TO MAMBO Beach, which sounds great with a pool by the beach, food eateries etc.... you can go to ay US coastal beach and have that experience. PLAYA PORTO MARIE is a cleanfacilitiy with Clean restrooms, restaurant for sandwiches etc..., drinks, beers etc... scuba class and tour, snorkel rental. WTAER SHOE rental is $3.00 per pair. You need water shoes, all Curacao beaches has rock coral when you first go into water. But once you are in water white soft sand. Rossanna stayed with us the entire day, the BUS that brought us, leaves but comes back at the time you designate. I highly recommend you get off the ship by 9:00 am, get on the bus. Get there by 9;30-10:00 am stay until 3:00 pm... ENJOY THIS PLACE.... Plenty of Natural Shade and Sun spots so you can enjoy both.... Also Rossanna can book you any type of tour in Curacao. What better wa to do what you want and save money with a great tour operator.

We added 13 people from ship totaled 30 people , and ROSSANNA got us 54 people AC, NEW bus to take us 35 minutes to PLAYA PORTO MARIE , a private beach club BEAUTIFUL BEACH and facilities , please Google it and look on TRIP ADVISOR for reviews, Great , CLEAN facilities, with snorkel equipment, diving equipment, BEACH BAR and GRILL for lunch.Best part, even with the beer and ice purchase, per person we saved versus RCCL excursion and had a BETTER BEACH, and met some GREAT friendly locals.
