We were a group of 8 ranging from 15 to 82 years old. We were celebrating a college graduation...Go Gators! We live in Central Florida so we drove up and parked at Park and Ride. Since we had booked in advance we parked for $62 for the week. They unloaded the luggage from our cars to the shuttle bus and off we went! We have all cruised before but this was the first time on Oasis for 6 of the 8. My husband an I are Platinum so the rest of our group was allowed to wait with us and board when we did. Embarkation was fast and easy.

We headed to Park Cafe for a roast beef sandwich and then began explore the ship. Of course, this is really the only time it felt very crowded but once the cabins were open everything thinned out. We all had inside cabins on deck 6 forward. The rooms were comfortable with plenty of spaces to unpack and slide the luggage under the bed.

We had 1st seating dinner in the Grande dining room tables 500 and 501 pushed together. We loved the little alcove we were in that had 2 windows. Some people would not have liked it at all because it was cramped. We loved not being in the middle of the room and we're all family so being a little tight was no problem for us at all! Our head waiter, Zanele, was great!! We had several early evening plans and she made sure we were out in time.

Large Interior Stateroom

Cabin N

Cabin was fine for 2 people. Decent storage. Closet was small and awkward to get to but not problematic.
