Second and last cruise ever with MSC...to say we were disappointed would be an a severe understatement. On arrival to our balcony suite we were allocated an extremely unclean cabin that required not cleaning once but twice. Staff were shocked at what they found when they inspected it. Stains on walls, hair on carpet, dust on every surface, and bed not even made correctly. It took 3 hrs before it was finally ready and was cleaned twice. Then they refused to allow my husband (only) to buy the drinks package on account I do not drink said it was two or nothing.

They Charge like wounded bulls for everything. Cannot even get a water or tea or coffee without paying for it in restaurants and the food was no better than canteen quality. MSC you have a long way to go before you come anywhere near the service of the American boats. Our first MSC cruise we purchased a balcony suite only to arrive and be given an outside room and then told sorry we have a travel consortium group onboard and unfortunately had given our's to them. Waited two days before we got a balcony suite they upgraded us one category as their compensation (big deal). Just not good enough MSC. Big Mistake giving you a second chance. Give me Royal Carribean or Princess Cruises anyday.
