Sail Date: May 2015

I spent almost 2 weeks with a total of 6 passengers on a very impressive vessel. The crew of 10 were very attentive maintaining the ship, keeping it impeccably clean and personalizing their service. Some passengers had dietary requirements that were met with ease. The quality of the food was exceptional and provided regional cuisine with just the right amount of back home favorites like cheese burgers, steak, etc. Captain Matt imparted his sailing skills and was mindful and watchful for our safe passage. Island excursions were arranged by Leah. The tours were interesting and exciting ranging from beautiful hotel properties, and lovely beaches to jungle boat rides, hiking to waterfalls and a rain forest. Snorkeling the islands was good however on Dominica the champagne reef was spectacular.

Sagitta has her own distinct character and beauty, yet she handles well on large swells. I have a tendency to motion sickness but was not sick the entire time. The crew was accommodating and gracious Jermaine was outstanding in service and always greeted the passengers with a warm smile. There was the opportunity to dine off ship and the dinghy shuttled us on our requested time frame. On board activities were not necessary however we enjoyed rock and roll trivia with dinner and dessert. I was a single female passenger going it alone and had absolutely a wonderful time without any concerns for my welfare. I plan to book again.

Cabin Review

Cabin upgrade

Spacious with a lower full size and one top bunk. Lots of drawer space, hanging room and under bed storage. The bathroom was very spacious with separate shower. Storage under the sink room enough for luggage. The room was cleaned daily. The bed was made by a magic elf who knows how to make a bed so well you could bounce a quarter off it.

Port Reviews

St. Barts

Very clean and friendly. St. Jean's and Nikki Beach were outstanding. We had lunch ad drinks with great service on the beach. St. Barts is very beautiful but expensive. Plan ahead for the expense so you can relax and enjoy. It is well worth it!

St. Lucia

Very aggressive locals on the beach and at the dock. One local attempted to charge each passenger disembarking his personal fee and became verbally aggressive when ignored.
