This was my very first cruise, and I must say we picked the perfect ship. The Reflection exceeded all my expectations.

We did experience rough seas a couple of times through the week that put a little damper on our fun a couple of days causing both my sister and I to experience our first bout of seasickness, Ugh. This did not ruin our holiday or dissuade us from cruising again however. We will just be more prepared next time.

We were in a deck 6 forward balcony cabin (6127). It was bigger than I had imagined, clean and well laid out. We had single beds that were very comfortable, although I am used to double beds when I go AI so found myself trying to stay on the bed at first. LOL Patric was our cabin steward and he was perfect. Extremely attentive and exceeded all our expectations. We asked for ice once, on the first day, and we found it in our room every single day when we came back to our room. He also removed mini bar set up from our fridge for us. He kept our cabin spotless and left towel animals, always a nice touch. He also gave us an extra tote. :-) Read more
