If I could rate this as a zero I would! I have cruised on so many different lines, and cruised on Norwegian, and I was so disappointed with this cruise! They just started charging for room service EVEN THOUGH I have in writing in their welcome aboard book that room service was free! They even went so far as to black out the room service being complimentary on the Freestyle Daily! I also couldn't believe that water, juice, and red bull were not considered beverages with the ultimate beverage package! Why is a red bull with vodka included but not a red bull on its own? This is after I confirmed with NCL before selecting the package that water was included.

The ultimate fail though was when we were stuck in Cannes waiting for 2 hours in a line for the tender with no water and no information about the problem! I understand that problems will happen that are beyond the cruises control, but it is incumbent upon the staff to make sure passengers are informed of what is going on and how long the delay will be. My wife has a bad ankle and was forced to stand for 2 hours and was unable to go out at the next port because of her pain level from standing for so long. The very LEAST the staff could have done was to let us know what was going on and provide water to the guests. Instead the staff were cutting the line and telling guests how they were more important than the guests and therefore should be allowed onboard first. Nickeled and dimed and a rude staff = Epic Fail!
