I have cruised before, many years ago, but my husband had never been on a ship. I cannot fault anything on the cruise. On the day of our departure, there was a computer crash at the terminal, which made getting on board very slow. We arrived for our alloted time at Station Pier, and, because my husband has some walking problems, the staff member at the dock suggested we wait for a wheel chair. We eventually got a wheel chair and once boarding started again, was whisked off with others to board quickly. We were taken up to our cabin, where we met our cabin steward, who looked after us exceptionally. All the staff we came in contact with were pleasant and helpful. It made a very happy and relaxing holiday. I was happy with the standards on the Pacific Jewel, and have booked another cruise late next year.

Cabin Review

Cabin Mini-suite

Our cabin and beds were very comfortable. We had the best cabin steward.
