The service is incredibly good....you are really pampered by the team of concierge and butlers, and other service personnel if you are in Yacht Club. This is the second time I was in Yacht Club accommodation....this time it even surpasses impression of my last trip which was also great. The quality of the meals served on L'Olivio restaurant is now really 5 star standard and service cannot be more professional. Special embarkation and disembarkation too. I am surprised that I can check in at 10am. I checked with general reception for enquiries and the service is also excellent. Yacht Club has special access to private areas and it is as cosy as Silversea and not yet at that price. Can highly recommend MSC Yacht Club and everything is worth the price. MSC is much better than Costa....which is cutting everything back.

Cabin Review

Yacht Club Deluxe Suite

Really large and comfortable room with every amenity and good house keeping. Real butler service.

Port Reviews

Rome (Civitavecchia)

Worst port in terms of access.....no taxi by ship unless ordered and pay more.....train station far and you probably have to porter your luggage over stairs.

Barcelona

Too many visit even though large port, but probably the most dangerous city of Europe. I was robbed here twice and I hate this port. What can you do in Barcelona in just a few hours? Too many people and really dangerous though disguised.

Palermo (Sicily)

Nothing to see, one of the worst ports in the Med though because it is on the way there have been many unwarranted visit. But ship berths in town centre and there is no need of excursion.

Genoa

Interesting port and easy access to cruise (almost walkable to ship). The terminal is walking distance downhill from main rail station, and old town is full of beautiful buildings of historic interest. Best embarking port along with Malaga.
