After sailing 9 times since 2011 on Princess and having the service and conditions on the ship going downhill fast "last cruise Nov. 2014 yellow water came out of sink and black ring around toilet" my wife and I tried Norwegian we just wish we had done it sooner. The Jewel was a beautiful ship very clean with the best staff and crew we have ever sailed with and the food omg no comparison it was so much better. 1 example breakfast at the buffet on the Jewel had every breakfast item everyday that you can think of from every style of eggs to eggs Florentine and eggs Benedict, biscuits and gravy, pancakes waffle and french toast etc etc etc. on my last Princess cruise Eggs Benedict and Florentine were not served once let alone everyday. The ship always left ports on time and great entertainment with Rod Long very funny,J.P.great magic and comedy, cirque de bijou etc etc. so have to say best cruise ever and can't wait to sail with NCL again.
