This was my fourth cruise which the previous 3 were all on Carnival. I wanted to try a different cruise line and decided to give Royal Caribbean a whirl. My husband never sailed before so we both felt it would be in his best interest to do a short 4 day cruise. We both loved it! The food on the ship was awesome! Much better than Carnival. The crew were all very friendly and helpful. The pool deck area was not the biggest but didn't really expect too much given it is an older ship. The ship is very well kept considering the age of the ship. The carpet looked brand new, no moldy smell, common areas very well maintained. The entertainment on the ship was so-so. It is definitely not a party ship like Carnival but it provided enough entertainment for us for 4 days. I love playing craps in the casino but did not enjoy playing it on this ship due to the table and dice being magnetic. The stickman would reset the table after so many rolls. So essentially the house would only allow you to win so much. It was a definite turnoff for me and deterred me from playing much on the cruise. We docked at ALL the port of calls that were scheduled. We enjoyed our excursions in Nassau and Key West. All in all it was a wonderful time and we have already booked our cruise for next year on the Anthem of the Seas! Thanks for the good time, Royal Caribbean!
Tiny! Our TV didn't work after the first day of the cruise...bed was very comfy.
