We have undertaken 3 cruises with 3 different Providers over the years and this outfit were appalling in comparison to the other two. Food and the Service levels were rubbish. The facilities and appointments are tired and dated including the cabin decor. Public areas are comparative in external presentation but once you get down to the individual, the facade fails. Worst was the Service levels in both the Restaurants and the Bars. Apart from poor (not even average) food quality including stale tasting garnishes and salads), the waiting time to get bar service exceeded any reasonable level of patience. I would not travel with this line again if I won the trip in a raffle.

Embarkation took ages as did the time to re-enter the ship after excursions. It all pretended to be in the cause of Security, but little real attention was paid by the supposed inspectors and was frankly treated as little more than a job justification exercise.
