Cabin: Deluxe Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

First cruise ever so we really didn't have anything to compare it to. Our room had plenty of storage but the balcony had a huge ladder blocking 1/2 of the view (room 8162). Our room attendant did a wonderful job keeping it clean and refreshing the ice bucket, very friendly and a nice person. ( Foster Allen). The ship was amazing and beautiful. Food was good. The entertainment around the ship at the bars and in the elevator areas was a nice touch. The main entertainment was armature and lacked talent. We walked out twice. Service was good in mdr and our waiter (Christian) was pleasant and does a fine job. We went to the casino even though I don't smoke or gamble because the staff there and three bartenders were extremely friendly and a lot of fun to talk to. One of the main highlights of the day was going there to see them again, also Ramon from the Rita's Cantina made us feel welcomed.

.Mostly all of them seem to come from Romania. The pool areas were fun and we really enjoyed the solarium pool.

Now for the bad news. I was treated like pure you know what by an excursion person. I was there to spend money and book an excursion not to fight and be treated like I'm an imposition and there to make him work for 3 minutes. I filed a complaint and never heard back from anyone. Did my own excursions after that.
