As a seasoned cruiser, I have fairly high expectations of my cruise experiences, and the Nieuw Amrsterdam was outstanding. The food was exceptional (especially the specialty restaurants) and the staff always went above and beyond to ensure all your needs were being met. And, it was always done with a smile. As has been mentioned before, if I had one recommendation, it would be to get the vibration problem fixed. My rating would have been excellent, but the vibration did get annoying after awhile.
