We take the Dawn twice a year to Bermuda. It has always been one of my favorites. But this past cruise was a great disappointment. We had toilet problems EVERY day (so did my son who had a different room). They even had a bucket set up to catch the water leaking in the hallway on Deck 7. My sons refrigerator was not working and it was full of mold. I will say that they fixed things very fast (the refrigerator was cleaned within 30 mins and was fixed within 2 hours, same with our light fixtures in our room that were not working)

I noticed maintenance personnel working all over the ship (even one repairing a overhead bed that had fallen off the wall.

The Dawn is scheduled for 4 weeks in Dry Dock next May, I think maybe it should have been this year not next.

Cabin Review

Inside

Cabin IF

Norwegian rooms are not the biggest, but they have enough space. We sailed an inside cabin this time. Had some very noisy neighbors (drunk), Ear plugs took care of most of it. I prefer a balcony on this level, but have had great success with inside cabins Deck four midship.

They have been upgrading the TV we now had LED TV, last oct we had a balcony room and it still had a tube TV.
