This was my 4th cruise on the Navigator, my 13th cruise with RCCL ships, and my 1st cruise as a Diamond member. Overall this was a pleasant cruise, a big improvement over last year. The ship was clean and the crew was great. We had a balcony cabin on the hump, Deck 8. Great location near the stairs and elevators.

EMBARKATION

What a cluster. Terminal 2 is woefully inadequate due to the insufficient space and seemingly lack of air circulation. Lines were long outside and inside. Once inside the terminal, it was hot and disorganized. An elderly passenger began to faint due to the heat and length of time standing in line. It took some time before a wheelchair was brought over to her. Two groups jumped out of our line (the preferred line for Emerald, Platinum, etc.) and went over to the line for non-C&A members. We watched as they were called to check-in long before we were.

Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin E2

Great location on the ""hump". Close proximity to stairs and elevator, yet quiet location. Adequate room for 2 people.
