My wife and I have been on several previous cruises before we sailed on the Oasis of the Seas.
This ship hosts over 5,500 guests, and is a floating UN with over 35 countries on board as far as the passengers. I'm not counting the 3,100 staff from 45 countries that stay on the ship up to 7 months a year.
Getting on board is simply like herding cats. The staff is not overly friendly and orders guests to go this or that way to get in line. We got on line around 12:00 and were on board aroudn 12;45.
A good size cabin with room for storage. No robes provided, and the hair dryer is not used in the bathroom but at the vanity desk. The A/C was inconsistent, as at night it got almost too warm on our room, but during the day, it worked just fine. The balcony is of average size, and had 2 chairs and a table on it. The bed was firm as well as the pillows. The bathroom was adequate, and the shower slightly larger then a postage stamp (If you've ever been in a European shower you know what I'm talking about!).
