We are considered Elite on Celebrity and Diamond on Royal Caribbean. Most of the time now we are in a suite. On the Allure of the Seas, we were in a junior suite. We have no problems with any of the staff. They always acted in a professional manner. I blame upper management for the following defects.

1. When you have a ship with 2500 crew and 5000-6000 passengers you don’t, I repeat, don’t make the cafeteria so small that you have to wait in line to be seated. Or maybe that didn’t matter, because after a few days no one went to the cafeteria anymore because there wasn’t any selection.

2. When you have select seating you don’t, I repeat, don’t tell everyone that they can’t make reservations between 6:00 and 7:30 and you also don’t wait in line to be seated for over 45 minutes.
