We decided to go on this mini cruise as a quick break thinking we'd be pampered and spoilt. How wrong we were! This is our third Cunard cruise the last one on the Queen Mary was wonderful. Captain Wells was great.

The captain on this ship seemed to stay in her ivory tower and had very little to say except during the safety brief.

Our cabin steward was friendly and helpful, however the waiters were polite but not friendly and I would go as far as to say off- hand at times. We did not feel valued as customers. We asked for a table for 2 in the Britannia Dining room and were put on a table for 8 with 4 people not turning up. We were also given the late sitting which we don't like. Read more
