Great beds, bathroom and cabin service , Balcony was a real bonus.

Robyn and Rick took us from Russell and silde for 2 hours around teh Bay of Islands, where we stopped at one  of the islands . guests could take a dingy to shore or swim. Lunch was prepared on the yacht which was delicious , and then we sailed back to Russel at 4.30 as promised , so we wouldnt miss the last tender back .

not too much to see in Papeete. Paid $ US 50.00. We booked the tour form one of teh tour operators on the wharf .Airconditioned bus, good commentary . Not too much to see . we stopped off at a light house and beach whihc was black in sand colour .

took a caterman in the afternoon. us $ 135.00 each whihch include fruit and drinks . sailed for 2 hours around Mooreau which was stunning . Good captain and crew.Took a snorkle swim in the most beautiful of waters.

Do not take the 'le Truck' Island tour . the buses are relics left over from the 2nd world war . Bench seats , no air con , and the smell of the petrol fumes stunk out the bus interior. Commenatry was inadequate ( if yyou could hear the tour guide above the noisy bus) . roads in Bora Bora are terrible , so the whole experience was abismal .You stop off at a sarong factory for 30 minutes - of which no one was interested in , and then they give you 3 mintues at the Public beach  on Bora Bora which was spectacular .Most useless tour i have ever done !.

If you want the glass bottom boat tour in Bora Bora , you have to book through the ship , as the crusie line hires the only boat doing this for the whole day .You have to buy the package for the whole voyage , and when you consider how many days you will be off shore - not worth it for us ( and we're not big drinkers) .
