While I was on the ship everything was good but getting to the ship from FLL we took the carnival shuttle and was charged double what they told me I would be charged. Getting on the ship was kind of long but not terribly long. The dining was ok but I was on vacation and dont like having to dress nice in order to eat in my assigned dining facility everynight. Shorts and tshirt should have been good enough. Unlimited list of things to do on the ship. That was good. My room was nice and clean everyday. Tne gym was advertised as state of the art. Wasnt that but was ok.

Getting off the ship once we got to jamaica and caymons could have been done a lot better. Next time I will just wait for a few hours before I get off to avoid the traffic jam of people trying to get off. Once you get off you have no problem getting a tour bus. I wouldnt ever pay for an excursion through carnival. You can get find a better deal once you get off the boat. The thing a got more upset about is when we got back to miami. They tell you that you can tag your bags the night before so they can come get them from your room and take them off the boat for you or you can carry your bags yourself. Common sense would tell them that people can get off the boat faster and easier if tney didnt have to carry their own bags. Well they thought the opposite and let the people who are carrying their own bags to have priority getting off. They should have also let people who that had a flight out get out early. Customs cleared the ship at 9am. I finally got off the boat about 11am and had to wait in a long customs line, made our way to the carnival shuttle a little after 12 to find out that the shuttle wasnt leaving for another 40 minutes. The ride to the airport was 45 minutes long and so I missed my flight. There should be multiple shuttles for carnival that dont wait so long to run.
