Got on board, after a stress full drive down the motorway, had a long wait to book in, found we had mislaid our Euros, the young man on Reception left the ship went to our car and brought back our Euros that had dropped out in the car, what service. Our inside cabin was very spacious and very well looked after by our steward, much better than our cabin on Oceana which really should only be sold as a twin bedded cabin. The food and service both in Waterside and Saffron was very good. The entertainment by the Headliners Theatre Company was as usual on P&O ships very good but the icing on the cake for us was that we got another chance to see The Octaves, who we had seen in March on Oceana, they are not only nice young men who are prepared to chat to you but they also sing very well, seeing them again really made our cruise . We didn't do any excursions this time but enjoyed walking round Vigo Lisbon & Oporto, we couldn't get off at Guernsey due to weather conditions, which seems to happen often, obviously safety first but what is the point in having a stop there if people cannot get off, surely P&O would be better going somewhere else. Disembarkation was easy but were not told a particular place to wait so was a bit confusing. This cruise with P&O was one of the best we have done with them so we are looking forward to going on Ventura again.

Cabin Review

Cabin
Excellent size for an inside cabin and Deck 10 was a good place to be.
