I cruise quite a bit and found the Jade to be consistently a great experience. If you read my other ship reviews you can see I am critical. Very clean and excellent service, I'd take another cruise on this ship. Technology is not the same as newer ships, can't check your bill on line. The food was fine. The French restaurant was outstanding for taste and service, very impressive. Cagneys was painfully slow and the waiter (same one two different nights) would not give us clean silverware between courses. The buffet staff was the best I have seen. No conditioner provided so bring some if you use it. The spa was amazing. Clean, great view and relaxing. The band at the pool left us running for a peaceful escape and found the spa's therapy package to be pampering and well worth the money. Loved all the ports. Would like to return to Kotor, so much to see and do we ran out of time. Did private tours in each port with great success. Great cruise, great ship and staff. Hats off to the Jade team.
