Once aboard everything was wonderful. Dining experiences, food service, room stewards were all extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. We really felt sad leaving all the excellent crew aboard. The décor was a bit over the top but we didn't mind. Staterooms were very clean and well kept. Balcony room was brilliant!!

The only constructive feedback I would leave is that the booking process could be vastly improved. We originally booked anytime dining, were promised an upgraded stateroom and these were both not available once we boarded. We should have been informed of this prior to embarkation. Also the website advised that we could bring our own power boards but these were taken from us at the start. Luckily our steward brought us one from the ship but other passengers were not informed that this was possible.

Also, passengers using the Serenity, Adults Only area, hogged the pods all day when people were informed that places could only be held for 40 minutes. Perhaps a booking system or a time limit would be useful here so that more people could have opportunities to use these beautiful lounges.

We had a lovely stateroom with a balcony and really enjoyed being in this space to relax. Sitting and watching the ocean was amazing and truly relaxing. Plenty of storage. Bathroom was very suitable.
